At Suite, our mission is simple: help Web3 projects understand and engage their users through onchain insights. Privy has been doing the same for identity — giving projects a simple, secure way to onboard and manage their users.
Today, we’re excited to announce our Suite <> Privy integration. This brings together the best of both worlds: identity and engagement.
Why This Matters?
Every successful Web3 project faces the same challenge:
You onboard a user with Privy.
They connect a wallet, maybe even leave an email.
But what happens next?
Without a way to engage, guide, and retain that user, most never come back.
That’s where Suite steps in.
By integrating Privy with Suite, projects can:
Import their Privy users directly into Suite — no spreadsheets, no hacks.
Enrich those users with onchain personas — complete with holdings, activity, and behaviors.
Engage them across channels — send personalized emails, in-app nudges, and AI-powered intent suggestions.
Measure retention and growth — track how every campaign, workflow, and suggestion impacts your user base.
How It Works?
Retrieve Privy Credentials
Connect your Privy account inside Suite and sync your users with a click. To get the required credentials from Privy, visit the Authentication documentation on Privy.
On your Privy dashboard > Home, you can find there is a "Retrieve API keys" button.
Click on the button, you will be navigated to the Settings screen. In fact, this screen can be accessed directly by clicking on the "App Settings" on the Privy app's sidebar.
In the "Settings" page, click on "New secret" to generate a new secret. Please don't share these credentials with anyone else unless you understand what you are doing.
2. Import Users to Suite
Visit your organization at https://app.getsuite.io. You will find an "Import Users" button, or you can access the page directly at https://app.getsuite.io/dashboard/users/import.
As can bee seen on the UI, you will need to provide your Privy credentials to Suite for importing Privy users to Suite.
Note that Suite does not store your credentials and the import is one-time.
After filling out the credentials, click on "Configure Privy" and all your Privy users will be loaded and ready to import.
3. Meet the Persona → Each user gets a Suite Persona, combining identity from Privy with onchain insights.
4. Engage at the Right Time → Send an onboarding email, trigger a staking suggestion in your dApp, or nudge a user who’s about to churn.
5. Track Retention → Watch how your engagement efforts translate into higher activation, retention, and lifetime value.
